Are you ready to create your audience but don’t have time to create it in the database? Let us do the work for you! Once we receive your request, we will contact you with any additional questions. We may ask to schedule a Zoom meeting to review the details.

To complete this form, you will need the following:

  • Social and/or digital channels the campaign is for (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

  • Approximate monthly or total campaign budget per channel: Providing general information about your in-house or vendor partner budget for this campaign will help us provide a recommendation on the size of the audience.

Format Your Audience

Is your audience (or universe as it's called in the database) ready to go? If you intend to use it for digital/social media advertising or a direct mail piece, your next step is for CollegeAPP to format the file correctly.

** Before starting your request, please select the “share icon” on the universe you are requesting to be formatted. **

Formatting for Social or Digital:

We will format your audience for the selected social media and/or digital platforms and return the formatted list to you.

Please note, that email addresses are not needed for social and digital campaigns. Your formatted list will include MAIDs (Mobile Advertising IDs) providing you with the highest match rate.

Formatting for Direct Mail:

We will format your audience for a mailing list and return the formatted list to you.

Match your list resource to CollegeAPP Data

Use the CollegeAPP database to match your list (stop-outs, alumni lists, etc.) to the CollegeAPP data. We will upload your provided .csv file to the database.

Before beginning your request, please ensure your file includes the following required fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • State

  • Address Line

  • City or Birthdate.
