We are happy to update your user account list. Most accounts have 5 user accounts. Utilize our Add/Change User Request Form for adding or removing individuals from our account. If you need a list of current users, feel free to contact a member of Partner Experience.

Intent to Enroll, our flagship model, will help you identify adult learners with a high probability of intent to enroll. We recommend selecting a score of 50 or higher as a baseline to get started (watch video).
Once you have narrowed your audience by Intent to Enroll, then you may want to look at other factors such as Age, Geography, and Education Attainment.

Navigate to the Filter section on the right side of the screen.
Select Private Data > Military Connected > Veteran in Household.
Then, select Matched = Yes.
You can go one step further by selecting Source and choosing from the list of options. Review the definitions of each option by visiting the User Guide page.

Great question! Our underlying database consists of enhanced voter and consumer data. This underlying national data file is the premium platform in the market, created by pooling up-to-date information from public and commercial sources. It is screened for inaccuracies using proprietary algorithms and powerful processing tools.

We don't want your institution to get in trouble for calling those that don't want to be called. To identify those that are NOT on the Do Not Call list, navigate to the Filters on the right side of your screen. Select the Telephone category > Do Not Call > Check the "FALSE" box. Those that are "FALSE" are not on the Do Not Call List. Those marked "TRUE" are on the Do not Call list.

The underlying database automatically removes old “resources ” to make the platform as efficient and fast as possible.
You may notice Universes or Shapes you created appear to be missing. Use the Resource Recovery Tool to recover them before they are permanently deleted in 30-90 days. You will receive email notifications from the underlying database provider, L2, about upcoming permanent deletions 30 days before the deletion occurs. Review the underlying database’s guide on how to use the Resource Recovery Tool for more details.
CollegeAPP+ FAQs

CollegeAPP+ provides occupational data on about 20% of the US population. While the data varies across the US, this occupational data provides insight for program-specific marketing and institutional and program research. There are 9 different occupation categories.

Occupation data is collected from online resources such as Linkedin, Indeed, and other resume repositories. Data updates occur quarterly with underlying database updates.

Absolutely!
Healthcare is a great example of an effective use of CollegeAPP+Scenario: Your institution has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Utilize CollegeAPP+ to identify those currently working in Nursing. By layering Education Attainment and Intent to Enroll, you can target quality prospects.

While you have full access to export lists and then utilize them for your recruitment and outreach efforts, we don't recommend cold calling or cold emails as your first use of the data.
The best performing scenarios that clients report back are use of the data for mailing and social media campaigns. However, once those prospects have engaged with you, you are building a more intent driven funnel to support your enrollment. -

What You Can Do:
Display & Video 360 Integration - Our data can be activated through Google’s Display & Video 360 platform, which offers robust third-party audience targeting capabilities. This allows you to utilize the data with programmatic activation. Your audience segments can be activated through demand-side platforms that access Google’s ad inventory (if you don’t have access to a DSP we’re happy to do the placement for you).
What You Cannot Do:
Direct Google Ads Customer Match - Google’s Customer Match feature has strict first-party data requirements:
-Only allows data collected directly through your own websites, apps, or stores
-Requires documented customer relationships and consent
-Uploading non-first-party PII violates Google’s terms of serviceStandard Google Ads Audience Upload is Limited To:
-Your own website visitors and app users
-First-party customer lists only
